Elekid

Elekid, known as the Electric Pokémon, holds the Pokédex number #239 and is a pure Electric-type that first appeared in Generation II. This baby Pokémon is the pre-evolution of the more widely recognized Electabuzz, and eventually evolves into the formidable Electivire in later generations. Elekid's design is characterized by its round, plug-like arms which resemble electrical outlets, emphasizing its Electric-type identity. Its yellow body with black markings gives it a vivid appearance that echoes its elemental nature.

In terms of its role within the mainline Pokémon games, Elekid typically occupies the niche of a baby Pokémon, which requires the use of friendship mechanics rather than traditional leveling to evolve.
