Pokemon Wizard is a Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) price tracking and market analysis platform. It provides users with tools to:

• Track Pokémon TCG card prices and market trends.
• Build and manage a personal card collection.
• Access investment guides and set analysis content.
• Search and browse Pokémon card data, sets, and products.

The Service is provided for informational and personal use only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial or investment advice. See Section 7 for the full disclaimer.

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

To access certain features (such as collection tracking and favorites), you must create a free account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.

• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

When you use features like collection tracking or favorites, you submit data to the Service ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Pokemon Wizard a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion.

You may not use the Service to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service in ways that disrupt normal operation.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content, pricing data, or investment guides from the platform.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

All content on the Service — including investment guides, set analyses, written articles, design elements, logos, and software — is the property of Pokemon Wizard and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

Pokemon Wizard is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Wizards of the Coast. All Pokémon names, characters, and related imagery are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners. Card data and imagery are used for informational and educational purposes.

All pricing data, market trends, and investment guides on Pokemon Wizard are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.

• Historical price data is not a guarantee of future value.
• Pokémon card prices are highly volatile and can change rapidly.
• Investment grades and analyses represent editorial opinions, not professional financial assessments.
• You should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified financial adviser before making any purchasing decisions.

Pokemon Wizard accepts no liability for any financial losses arising from reliance on information provided on this platform.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or data providers. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. The inclusion of any third-party link does not imply endorsement by Pokemon Wizard.

We use third-party services including but not limited to Cloudflare (bot protection), Vercel (hosting), and Typesense (search). Your use of the Service is subject to these providers' terms where applicable.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pokemon Wizard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any financial losses relating to card purchasing decisions.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@pokemonwizard.com. Upon deletion, your personal data and collection will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we choose to discontinue the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
