Kleavor

Kleavor, designated as Pokédex #900, is a Bug/Rock-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII. It first appeared in the Pokémon world in the game Pokémon Legends: Arceus, which is set in the ancient Hisui region, an area that would eventually become known as Sinnoh. Kleavor is an evolved form of Scyther, a popular Pokémon from Generation I, and it evolves through exposure to a Black Augurite, a new evolutionary item introduced in the game. This evolution adds a rock-hard layer of armor to Kleavor, reflecting its dual typing and enhancing its defensive capabilities.

The design of Kleavor is both rugged and primal, aptly capturing the essence of the ancient Hisui environment. Its rugged stone axes, which serve as its forearms, are a nod to its Rock-typing and serve as brutal tools in its combative encounters. This design choice sets Kleavor apart from its predecessors, Scyther and Scizor, the latter of which takes a more streamlined, metallic approach to its appearance.

In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, Kleavor plays a significant role as one of the Noble Pokémon, guardians of the various regions in Hisui.
